Home, Inbox and the Work log

Home shows what your agents are doing across the projects you can see. Inbox holds decisions addressed to you. On a computer, open Inbox from the top bar; on a phone, use the Home · Inbox · Projects tabs.

Active shows chats with an agent running now and chats that finished in the last 30 minutes. A finished row has a check and its finish time, then leaves on its own. Workers appear with the chat that started them as +N workers. Scheduled checks that run only a script appear in the Work log instead.

Tap a row to open its chat. All agents filters Active; it leaves the Work log alone. N more reveals the rest of the active work. A small amber dot means a running chat has an open decision. An idle chat waiting for a decision appears in Inbox.

Your pinned projects stay in place. Their running dot and decision count help you choose where to go next. On a phone, the Projects tab lists pins and projects.

The Work log is the record of what Lowkey did: results reported, decisions opened or answered, failures, actions under standing answers, confirmed mail sends and task changes. Quiet scheduled checks are grouped by hour. Failures and external actions keep their own rows.

Home shows today’s log. Load earlier goes back further. On a phone, tap the Work log row on Home to open its page; Back returns to Home.

Choose All, Automatic or Exceptions:

  • All shows the recorded work.
  • Automatic shows work whose recorded trigger was a schedule or event.
  • Exceptions shows failures and other recorded work that needs a closer look.

The tags tell you how to read a row:

  • Auto means no person started it: its recorded origin is a schedule or event. Missing origin stays unknown and never gets this tag.
  • Failed marks a recorded failure. A later recovery leaves the failure visible.
  • Standing answer means an action used an approval already granted.
  • Decision marks a decision or an action taken under its answer.

Expand any row for its receipt: the recorded trigger, authority, result and links to the chat, task, run or output, where available. A worker reporting done means the worker reported completion; it does not by itself mean its parent task is complete. A confirmed send means the send boundary recorded success, not that the recipient read it.

Opening Home clears nothing and starts no agent turn. New log entries arrive above the place you are reading. If updates fail or disconnect, Lowkey keeps known rows and tells you they may be stale.

Inbox lists open decisions addressed to you across your visible projects, newest first. Each row shows the agent, project and task, the question, a short background preview, the recommendation and the number of options.

Tap a decision to open its chat and read the brief in the focus pane. Answer there. Inbox itself has no answer buttons. Once answered, the decision leaves the open list.

Answered today shows your choice and what the agent recorded doing with it. An answer is not proof that an action happened; when no action was recorded, the row shows your choice alone.

Chats waiting for a reply stay in their project’s chat list. Inbox counts decisions only. The bell holds pages, the alerts for things that cannot wait (see Pages and notifications).

Use Ctrl-K or Cmd-K for the switcher. Search a title to find chats across all your visible projects, including older and archived chats beyond the recent list. The project chat-list search also searches what was said.
